"Is it just me, or are the voice clips off? o -o"

Well, the drawing looks rushed. Aside from that, the voice clips are off. It's just overall rushed, and I know that you're going for a style but even then you did rush this. It's a bit too obvious. I have a feeling you're inspired by Egoraptor because a lot of this absolutely reminds me of stuff that they did, like facial expressions and whatnot. The humor is also relatively the same. But, I must stress that the voice clips are off for me--and if it's just me, that could be other people too, because of something that shouldn't be happening.

"Too Many Issues"

For one, a lot of the time your note placement is off-beat. For example, Woman, with the 3 yellow chords in a row, aren't on beat. You also need to have more notes so we actually can have some idea of how the song should be played, it's more like playing GH4 on easy than playing a good Flash game. Plus, I don't think the backspace key was a wise choice for the strum. The noise when you strum out of time is very agitating, too. Another issue is, you can't tell when the note is coming, don't try 3D if you aren't doing it right. Basically, they come out too quickly for so little notes, and such in-accurate notes. This has to be fixed. I suggest either making the note line longer and making them fade in much earlier, or, making it non-3D and just straight down from the top so we can tell when a new note will be coming.
I generally disliked this game.

I can't honestly give a drum game, a game based around drumming and keeping a beat in-time, a good score. It's just not right. I don't care wether it's my computer or the sound file or the game, it's off. You need to fix that.

Well, what I found odd.. You start out with that insane distorted synth (at least maybe it is a synth, who knows? xD) then you cut it off and go to the arp.. I'd imagine it being better if you had the arp going, then brought it back and brought in the percussion there, but the percussion part is just me.
I'd give imagery but when I listen to techno with a lot of arp-ness, and very futuristic-sounding synths, I imagine a completely white, shiny city that has.. Hmm..
When you increase the BPM, I think of that city being under a war.. But the war is not just any war, the war is of people with jetpacks, and fast ones at that. The thing is, it's like, the military versus the civilians, you know what I mean? ;o
Oh also, you should add some effect to those hats. =P

I used to be a huge metal head. This is that kind of industrial that's a fusion of metal and electronic :U, rather than the more common sort of "entirely-electronic" kind. This song definitely has a shitload of potential on this site, mhm. :3 I wish I knew more about metal, I guess I could give you a lot more pointers on it. Although, I must note, the buildup was.. Odd.. To me. I don't know if it was a good or bad odd, but it was odd. Then again, this is industrial, right? :P
