Maybe an octave lower

Got the melody dead on, maybe you used a MIDI, dunno, point is it's way too high pitched. Even for a piano, you could definately have it one octave lower.

This is too good. Way too good. You can't be here on NewGrounds--You should be a fucking rock legend. This is amazing. I have never heard better metal here on NewGrounds--and trust me--I've heard a LOT of NG metal. Where have your songs been all my life ;_;
Oh and, if you respond to this, can you tell me if the drums are by a drum machine or by a real player? Because they're sick either way.

...but there's a lot of awesome(er) metal here on NG! I just do my best to be part of that. :) And yeah, actually I'm trying to look for more ways to be recognized, so I'll just keep working on new material and finding places like this Audio Portal where I can share my compositions.

Just so you know, I respond to all my reviews since it gives the reviewer my acknowledgment of taking time to read the review. :) And the answer is -- yes and no. The drums are free samples given by my (forever) favorite band, Machinae Supremacy. So in most all of my songs, the "drummer" from Machinae Supremacy performs. :)

Ambient+DnB is a very hard to accomplish mix, and he did it perfectly. I can't think of anything I can provide because you know what you're doing--so all I ask is for more :3

One (or maybe two) octave lower

It sounds like it's a really old-style GBA synth when you go to the high-pitched part. I don't get headaches easily but I do like the rest of the song even though I wouldn't want to have to listen to the high-pitched parts anyway.
The song is good though--I hope you fix that up and release the new one, because it's a really really good song.

Even though it was a joke, or, maybe half joke, it was great. I just disliked how the original tune was playing in the bg before you started the effects, it was off beat, but after you get to the transition it's like it doesn't even matter.

Shut up Quasko--just because you don't like a genre doesn't mean it's a good song. Seriously, the melody fits in perfect and I see no problem with this song at all. You just don't like it for no good reason at all.

Slayer kills the ears, and when I first heard this I really liked it minus the slayer. Now that I've used FL Studio a whooole lot, it all seems the same to me. It's boring because I hear all these sounds all day when I make my songs. You should use more effects on different channels in the mixer, too, but seeing as this is old and it's good even then, I'm giving you an 8 and a 5/5 so that you may just one day re-do this.. And I look forward to that.

haha believe it or not, i didn't use slayer at all. this was the second song i ever made on FL Studio and it's all pretty much Sytrus.

I've always wanted to re-do this. Maybe I'll do it soon.
